Terms of Service & Learner Agreement

Welcome to Meritsee Edutech, an institutional skills and software engineering learning management system owned and operated by Merit See World Solution Pvt. Ltd. ("Company", "we", "our", "us"), having its registered head office at Nagarain Municipality-2, Dhanusha, Madhesh Province, Nepal.

By creating an account, enrolling in cohorts, viewing video lectures, downloading technical e-books, or scanning payment QR codes on https://lms.meritsee.com.np, you enter into a legally binding contract governed by these Terms and the laws of Nepal.

When you enroll in a Meritsee cohort or course, you are granted a non-transferable, revocable, single-user license to access the lecture streams, reading drills, and technical e-books for personal educational advancement.

• Prohibition of Account Sharing: Credentials may not be shared, pooled, or distributed across multiple individuals. Our system monitors concurrent streaming sessions and may automatically lock accounts exhibiting suspicious geolocation anomalies.
• Security of Credentials: You are responsible for safeguarding your login password. Notify our administration immediately at support@meritsee.edu.np if you suspect unauthorized access.

Tuition fees for skill programs are stated in Nepalese Rupees (NPR) inclusive of all applicable educational taxes.

Submitted vouchers are verified by the Merit See administration team within 12 to 24 hours. Course lectures and assignment submissions automatically unlock immediately upon verification approval.

All instructional videos, lecture notes, technical e-books, architecture diagrams, exercise files, and software templates published on Meritsee Edutech are the exclusive intellectual property of Merit See World Solution Pvt. Ltd. and its contributing mentors.

You agree NOT to:

• Record, scrape, download, or mirror video streams for public redistribution or torrenting.
• Repackage, resell, or claim authorship over Meritsee technical e-books or curriculum syllabi.
• Reverse-engineer or exploit LMS platform APIs, payment verification endpoints, or databases.

To protect the prestige and industry trust placed in Merit See credentials by hiring partners, verified digital certificates are NOT granted for passive enrollment alone.

Graduation criteria requires:

• Completing 100% of required curriculum lessons and reading drills.
• Achieving a passing evaluation score on all required coursework milestone assignments.
• Verification of identity and tuition reconciliation.

Certificates can be publicly inspected at any time via /verify. The Company reserves the right to revoke credentials obtained through plagiarism or academic misconduct.

Our lecture Q&A hubs and live cohort sessions are dedicated to constructive technical inquiry, collaborative problem solving, and professional networking.

• Maintain respectful, courteous communication with faculty mentors and peer students.
• Refrain from posting discriminatory, defamatory, abusive, or obscene material.
• Do not post commercial advertisements, spam, or unsolicited promotional links in lecture forums.

• Pre-Cohort Cancellation: If requested more than 3 days prior to the published cohort start date, a 100% full refund is issued via original payment channel.
• Cohort Transfer: If scheduling conflicts arise due to exams or emergencies, students may transfer their seat reservation to the next upcoming cohort without financial penalty.

These Terms shall be interpreted, construed, and enforced in accordance with the substantive laws of Nepal. Any disputes, controversies, or claims arising out of or relating to your enrollment or the services of Merit See World Solution Pvt. Ltd. shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Dhanusha District / Janakpurdham, Madhesh Province, Nepal.
